"They used to be a place that cared about the correctness of your order. I often place the order at night after they are closed, if they have questions they usually call me in the morning to confirm or clarify. That did not happen this time. Subsequently most of what I received is inedible to me. Not only was the order in correct in that I requested there be no glaze on anything but the donuts were undercooked and they're mushy inside. When I contacted the restaurant regarding the glaze they told me I placed the order incorrectly. And the one product I ordered correctly they don't have plain so they sent it glazed."
