"Food was lovely and there was lots of choice. Unfortunately our evening was tainted by the waiter who gave us bottled water and charged us for this despite my friend clearly asking for tap water. When challenged the waiter was extremely rude and unwilling to waiver the £5 cost."

"The food is reasonable for typical Indian dishes. I have had better dosas at Saravana Bhavan. The puris was the best dish that I ordered at this sitting. They were crunchy and were filled with ample ingredients. Masala tea was overpriced as it was just a normal cuppa. Nothing exceptional about it. The vada were large and came in 2 pieces. They were still warm when served."

"Delicious, authentic inexpensive food. It's basic decor inside but the food is the star attraction here. An assortment of people eat in here, hippy and city types. It's perfect if you have an hour or so to kill whilst waiting for a train st nearby London Eudton."

"Its a nice environment. Can get quite noisy, depending on the crowd. Food was quite tasty, most dishes we had were creamy and my prawn curry had only 5 prawns which was poor. The dosa was very nice. We were seated under the AC and it did mean our food got cold too quickly (Cold curry isn't nice at the best of times) its also by the busy service area. If we went again we'd ask to sit elsewhere. Overall its good, but I've had much better."

"Very good food. The bhindi masala and paneer dishes are very good. Definitely get the mixed veg plate for the starter, you get a good taste of different Indian snacks. Only downside is that it is a bit painful to travel to, but that's only for me (from South West London)."

"The next I had to eat in south india in south london. my god, the cattle parotta, chicken stable, huh 65, fish masala. all absolute criminals. I go here when I miss Indian restaurant and this is probably the best compliment I can give him. is visited/ordered from here without any doubt."
