"This used to be my neighborhood fast casual Asian American restaurant when I lived in Shaw/Logan Circle and I will travel in just to pick up their food. The white rice is steamed to perfection every time, and I have yet to have a dish I don’t like. The shop owners are so dedicated, hardworking, and kind and deserve your business wholeheartedly!"

"One of the most unfortunate things during this pandemic is Paradise keeping its doors closed. Their food was always fantastic and with many other early closing food options, going to that other Chinese spot really makes you appreciate the difference in the food quality. "I live in Marley Creek and am a professional Food Blogger (5K+ follower 's). This spot looks scary when you drive by but produces the best strip mall grade 'chimerican ' food within miles. I had lo mein, wonton soup, egg roll, shrimp roll, fried rice, fried wonton and rice. I would order all of these items again. A bit heavy handed on the soy but you can advise them right on their wonderful on line menu, light on soy. Won ton soup was delicious and fresh. Chicken and rice also prepared to order. The gentleman and lady are from mainland China near the SW Coast. Very pleasant people. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed. Much better that Dai Kim or other nearby spots!"

"Nothing about this delivery experience makes me want to order from here again. I did read the reviews before ordering but the amount of good VS bad made me think I could give this place a shot. First, the kid who answered the phone was taking the order as if he were responding to his parents about doing his homework; he sounded bored and unprofessional. Not that I expect much professionalism from a Chinese restaurant, but jeez. Second, the delivery ETA was 40 minutes for a small amount of food. We ended up waiting about an hour. Third, the food was sub par. I ordered the crabmeat wontons and generally these come with a sweet and sour sauce, which was not included. I ordered pork fried rice and what I received was brown rice with enough onions in it that I could count and no other veggies or pork. The orange chicken was decent. They also did not include fortune cookies, which is kind of a Chinese food tradition. The food was cheap, at least."
