"Hubby and I had a huge baked kartoffel with hammered chicken as an emergency-lunch stop over a few minutes before we finally found our hotel. the staff are very friendly and some speak English. they have a very interesting clean toilet! Price... it's reasonable!"

"Whilst staying at the next door Ibis hotel we ate here for 2 nights. Its not as bad as some reviews have made. Portions are generous, service is amiable. If you have had a long day out and about and want to eat without going...far, you cannot go wrong. The Cafe Lulu is very good value. A small expresso, cherries in eau-de-vie, and a small digestif (Calvados) for 5.40!"

"Si vous sortez des simples propositions sur la carte, cela peut passer, mais si vous choisissez un plat un peu plus " élaboré " , le prix n'est vraiment pas justifié ainsi qu'un pseudo Côte du Rhône servi en carafe....vraiment pas bon ! Un service " lambda " ou " lambana " au demeurant sympathique mais lassant d'être obligés de réclamer ce qu'il manque.....apporté ensuite au " compte gouttes ....I sachet de ketchup par personne ....pas plus !!!!! Personnellement, je n'y retournerais pas."

"Decided to eat here for lunch and it was fantastic. We had a really good salad with duck liver, salmon and nuts and a potato with various additional things to eat like cooked and raw ham, raclette cheese and so on and both meals were...excellent. Food is very well seasoned, rich and tasty. Plus we had a nice selection of desserts which was perfect. I´d rather have three smaller portions than one large portion so I can try different things. Drinks were also really good (I like the fact that they have a lot of alcohol-free cocktails there so I can enjoy my drink and still drive) and the service is very efficient, quick and extremely friendly. Also loved the location, we sat outside and could enjoy the sun and the people passing by."
