"I used to go to this restaurant all the time. I probably ordered from them at least once a week. I went in a few months ago and the guy preparing the food was not wearing a mask. It made me extremely uncomfortable as he’s just breathing on all the food that sitting there and pans waiting to be served all day. It’s not like each meal is made fresh it’s more like cafeteria style but the only person who can touch it are the employees. You can see them preparing the food and he’s just breathing all over it with his mask dangling from his ear. I didn’t write a review back then because I thought I was maybe a one off scenario. I didn’t come back for a long time because I was so uncomfortable with the situation. But today I got a hankering for it so I went in to grab some food and it was the exact same situation. So I just walked out. It’s unsanitary, unacceptable, and im pretty sure it’s illegal in the city limits of Atlanta. It’s sad because 1) I love supporting small local businesses and 2) I love their food. But the truth is I love my sister who is fighting cancer more and I can’t take risks such as people who clearly don’t believe in the worldwide pandemic preparing my food and breathing all over it. I also think it’s extremely concerning that they do to go orders. Which means the people who are ordering it online have no idea about the risks they’re taking by ordering the food."

"The location is an old fire house and it is really nice. I expected more Caribbean decor, but the restaurant is beautiful. The service was good too. My waitress answered my questions and told us what to expect with our orders. The food was good. I had to try the collard green spring rolls. They were delicious. I was hesitant about the dipping sauce, but it gave them a good flavor. I ordered the oxtail bowl. Delicious again. I did not like the cabbage.Parking: Parking was expensive"

"Worst Nigerian restaurant in Atlanta. Poor service.Tasteless jollof rice.... the side of plantain was the best but that is not saying much... brought the issue up to the cashier and she said manager was not there. Told me to give her my information to fix the issue and I was never called back. I will never eat here again. Sticking with Cafe Songhai, Ikes or Grand Lekki in North ATL.Paid over 60 dollars for whole tilapia and whole snapper and both of them barely had 3 ounces of protein... mostly bones."
