"This was our second visit and both times have been absolutely good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The place is always tidy and clean. The food has been super delicious. We have tried a few different beef and chicken burgers, and the kids chicken tenders, fries and onion rings. All were better than we imagined. Fries are spot on for crispy, salty and soft. Onion rings are herby and got a great crunch with perfectly cooked onions. Each burger is cooked perfectly with good seasoning. The style options are good range. Their sauces are delicious. Most burgers got a nice level of juicy and messy but doesn't fall apart.One of the best burger joints in Roseville. Pricing is great, spot on for quality.Bonus: root beer floats!Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Tuesdays, which pairs super good with the farmers market.Parking: Parking along the Fountains main strip is ridiculous. We always park in the back, and have no issues with finding a spot or the short walk"

"This is a really good spot for a great burger. I got the Lounge Burger with white cheddar, the way they make it and with grilled onions. My wife got the Free-range Turkey Burger the same way. We split a 1/2 and 1/2 side and split a side salad. All very good and the staff was better than most traditional sit-down style restaurants. They refilled our drinks promptly and cleared the table as we finished, unlike other places. Please be sure to tip them at the register when you order because they although you order at the counter and seat yourself, they are a full wait staff and should be tipped. They deserve it. All around awesome experience!"

"Today I give them three stars. on my last visit (this last Tuesday) I ordered a paleo burger, large pommes and a children chicken powder with 3 additional strips. a friend and her son accompanied us and ordered us immediately. we sat in a table and waited approx. 25 minutes to eat. but when the food came, my friend and her son were eating, but my son did not come. we waited another 10 minutes geduld. then they began to command others. Thank you, I asked for a copy of my order! When I drew her attention to her attention that my order had never come, they tried to say that they already brought the order. the only thing we received was the drink of the child for the child's meal. I showed them my reception and even the person who took my order seemed unfounded. I waited when they found out what happened at the end. After discussing the entrance with the chefs, of whom never had seen the order on the entrance, I could hear the conversation as my table was close to the register /kitchen then someone came by and told us. we will be the meal but we will not recharge them....I was like good I should not hope! I saw how I never got the meal first! we waited another 15 minutes for the meal and at this point our guests had finished their meal! I was insanely disappointed with the service and not even an apology given. I think my meal should have been forced, as this was completely her fault and the fact that they are so gracious, we will not ask again! seriously not cool! because we often go into this facility (weekly for a little over a year now)...at least they should have thrown into something as an excuse. also pay attention to cleaning the tables after the guests have left, sheesh! I know they're sometimes busy, but no apology, not being attentive to filth!"
