"I’d suggest giving this one a wide berth. The service was shite and the food was pretty ordinary. A good restaurant if you enjoy ordering steak medium/well done and having it arrive at your table still mooing! Essentially a Union Square restaurant with too much attitude"

"Our meal was delicious. We both had Rotollo Primavera. Our server was attentive. The kitchen was very slow. Our server was very apologetic and clearly very frustrated. We waited about a half hour for our main course after eating our salads. We noticed that several other tables were waiting as well. At the time the restaurant was about half full. The wine was a very small pour. The tiramisu portion was small as well. Not sure what was going on with that. Of course, we will go back. We love La Buona Vita. This was an unusual experience."

"We arrived on a Friday night and saw the parking lot nearby areas were full. We weren 't sure if a wait list would be long, but we took a chance and stayed. Glad we did! We were seated within 5 minutes, drinks in another two minutes. Fast service, andreally polite staff. : After receiving chips salsa, Manuel (very polite server took our order refilled our drinks. Ourfood arrived in under 10 minutes was very hot...no warm lamps here! : Great food quality, hot, and plenty of it. What moreto ask? We were never 'rushed ' even though they were busy. Great place! We plan to return."
