"I ordered at 17:20 and we were only 2 in the shop, I got my food at 17:51 and only because the lady from steers called them to come to the front, the lady was busy packing her things at the back and just ignored me whilst my food was ready at the shelf I could see it. When she eventually gives me, I discover when I am at home that she didn't pack my coke buddy in the pack."

"Disappointing experience. They were out of stock with all salad sides, and frankly I doubt they ever stock it. The fish was deep fried after I asked the person who takes my order if they can do grilled, while pointing to a picture of grilled hake. The hake was fresh at least.The chips were average and flavourless. 10/10 highly recommended if you like unhealthy deep fried junk food!"
