"The service was terrible. When I arrived there, they tried to sit in a corner next to the register and close another family. they did not serve me water, no utensils, no serviettes nothing. I had to ask for everything. my waiter never came back to my table to ask if everything was in order or if I needed anything. no refilling. Once I paid, they never came back to the black book. I never have a “thank you” for coming. service je! worst cock legs were so small. honestly, a waste of money. never come back."

"This place is decent for a quick bite. They have a large hot food bar with many options. The bagels are OK, and will do in a pinch. I ordered a tuna salad on a bagel, but was disappointed with the consistency of the tunafish. It was way over processed and more like baby food. Really mushy and underfilled for seven dollars. The chicken empanada was good. I think The hot food bar may be the way to go."

"I've been a loyal customer for years but like many, since COVID I've been getting take-out. We just ordered dinner (Mothers Day) and I've never been so disappointed. The Gyoza Pork was completely burned. The maki rolls did not seem fresh. The pork in the Tokyo Ramen Soup was completly dried out and there were no chopsticks, napkins or soy sauce included with the delivery. I called the restaurant to give them an opportunity to make things right but the person on the end of the phone simply apologized. I asked for a credit for the Gyoza pork and she said she wasn't authorized to give one. I know we are still in a pandemic but I just can't order from Ichiro any longer. They've lost a steady customer and they don't really seem to give a damn."
