"We recently got take out from La Lanterna. They said it would be ready at 6. I showed up at 6... and stood at the door until 6:34. No offering of a chair/water, how long it would take, or why... I just stood there like a door man, not sure what to do. They also forgot croutons in the salads. Paying top dollar, we expected more"

"Server, Elise was timely and pleaant.. I had some special requests which were simple. Please cook pasta well (soft) done, not compliant, a drink... with lots of ice, not done. Olive oil, cheap and flavorless. I was happy that the chicken was thigh until I saw that they had shredded it into threads. The place seemed clean, staff was pleasant. NO second trip."

"Excellent choice in dining at this restaurant. Impeccable service, non intrusive, but very attentive, food was delicious. Butter lettuce with blue cheese, walnuts was awesome and the eggplant parmigiana delicious. Husband had the Speechetti/meatballs, best he ever had. Will definitely return."

"We had a wonderful experience at eating in via. we are from the city and went to worcester to visit an event in the dcu center. we ended an hour later for our reservations and when we called to let them know, the restaurant gnädig accommodated the time change on a busy Friday night. the place was full, but the service was not rushed and the server was wonderful. the Italian cuisine was fabulous and everyone loved the dishes they ordered. next time we are back in worcester we will definitely eat again for some delicious!"
