"We had been looking forward to the evening in the castle. the ambiente is of course grandios .. and I had already listened to a lot of martin sharpfs kitchen, we wanted to go to the waiting mill, but after the change to heidelberg the travel route was drastically reduced.We are very star-tested (erfort saarbrücken, black heidelberg, neugebauer deidesheim, lohninger frankfurt, long oldleiningen, kuntzheim). and therefore we were very curious about the praised criminal kitchen from herrn sharp. Unfortunately, our expectations were disappointed. Although each court should have an obvious criminal focus, it was difficult to find the more criminal and even taste. everything was kind of fad (only the lamb shoulder had a taste). asian mushroomsud tasted nothing at all (if any not asian - and there we are from silk in frankfurt (unfortunately closed) a taste fireworks accustomed), silktofu was almost impossible to find, gänseleber was lasch, taubenbrust not perfectly cooked (something tough), strangely prepared thun fish (not raw, but also not roasted) there were several greetings from the kitchen, but really hanging is nothing to me ... the service was good and attentive, because you can't complain. However, I expect more to be read in a whisper than that I get the label (monsieur christophe is really the hammer when he is philosophized from the location, the winery and the taste combinations!!!;-)) unfortunately the atmosphere was somewhat saddened because the two business leaders of the restaurant run on the evening (German) guests from blubar. the dame has had a very penetrating organ so it was there with the quiet, personal atmosphere. it was unfortunately impossible to listen to what important people who have already met and which hobbies her man has. but it is clear, bad that you can always have with the table neighbors... everything in everything: beautiful atmosphere, but too many weaken. clear, that is high-quality, the materials were high-quality and fresh. but unfortunately it is compared with e.g. black in heidelberg or to the deidesheimer hof a few size regulations underneath (unfortunately not in the price).
