"Visited bella roma for our sons 15th birthday. wow, what a fantastic meal! the service was excellent and the restaurant was very busy for a Monday. the ravioli with sausage and creamy mushroom sauce was amazing. we will be back there our meal was excellent worth for money."

"We were greeted by a very pleasant young woman and seated promptly. It was a weeknight, so it wasn't very crowded. The woman who took our order was friendly and efficient, although we were sorry we never saw her again until she briefly stopped by two-thirds of the way through our main course, and then to bring the check/ask about dessert. We had to flag someone down to ask for more bread, and then again for butter. Although my husband's appetizer plate was cleared away, mine wasn't. The red pepper soup and the artichoke appetizer were very good, as was the Branzino. All were specials. The fluke special was prepared beautifully with a very good sauce; unfortunately, the fish itself was very dry. We will definitely revisit Marzano because for the most part the food was quite good; the only negative was the lack of attention to detail in service."

"We went this restaurant for dinner and we were not sure whether it has good vegetarian dishes. Surprisingly, the 5 vegetarian dishes we ordered were freshly cooked and very tasty. It is a good Italian restaurant with pleasing setting. The service was quick and friendly."

"Mario Caruso and staff wow what amazing Pizzeria full of flavours lets just say it's was the best pizza I have in a very long time everything fresh as hats off to you and your girl and staff had a awesome night and I'll be a regular customer for now on so if you haven't been please get your ass there for a great feed and service. "A good Italian where to eat in madrid. fresh and good quality products. exceptional treatment by the waiters. very fast service. We order boscaiola pizza and ravioli funghi porcini to share. a different and highly recommended pizza. raviolis, though few seem to fill quite a lot. the simple but very good dessert. It is the second time we come and highly recommended. one of those Italians is worth it in madrid. €20 per person."

"Well, PBG, what can I say? You have become really exceptionally greedy and want your bags with the 's about providing the brilliant customer service for which you were previously known. I have used your restaurant for over 25 years, have recommended countless people... But I can honestly say that I will never, ever kick over your front door! You don't deserve my hard money. Because your Re-Full was closed to him, I used your restaurant three times. The last visit was scary. Talk about rushing. We asked for a break between our main starter course, but you did not notice to pick up our starter plates as soon as we finished our main course plates. Then after dessert was served while still ate, you bought us the bill without asking if we were ready for it. Disgusting way to overthrow your customers. You should be ashamed. I would have given 4 stars for the quality of food, but since customer service is a large part of the experience, 1 star is fair"
