"We are from the USA and travel a lot to Mexico. This is the most authentic Mexican food I’ve eaten in Spain so far. The food was excellent. Had the chicken enchiladas with red and green sauce with refried beans and my wife had the tortilla soup (Sopa Azteca) which she says is the best she ever had. We also got a plate of guacamole and chips. We actually ran out of chips before guacamole, they gave us so much! That never happens in the states. The tomatillo sauce was good and tangy and we also had a yellow salsa made from árbol chiles, which was plenty hot. Only thing lacking was a bottle of tapatío sauce, but how can I complain. We are in Spain, home of bland food."

"This place never disappoints. Authentic Mexican food places them head and shoulders over all the TexMex establishments. Kudos to them for offering a special dish for the real Mexican Independence Day, September 16th. I live in Austin, but anytime I am in San Antonio I return here. I highly recommend Paloma Blanca if you are looking for real Mexican food done right!"

"Went to brunch. Guacamole was ordered medium spicy but was very bland and had no salt. With the Sopes Benedict Traditional entree, the poached eggs were overdone, more like hard boiled and the Canadian bacon couldn't be cut. With the Hurache Con Carne Asada, the skirt steak was delicious but the fried egg was hard and inedible. Ordered the bottomless beverages and the drinks were so weak I was able to drink three and usually I can only drink one drink before feeling the effects. Very disappointed. Love Rosa Mexicana but will not visit the location again"
