"Buenas tardes Señores PanPaYa, la presente es para presentarles una situación que se presentó hoy en la nueva sede de la Cr 19 con Calle 128, en El Barrio la Calleja. Llegamos tres personas a desayunar y se pidieron 3 combos de desayuno, los cuales se pagaron en su totalidad, para darnos cuenta a los 10 minutos que hay una promoción precisamente de combos de pague 2 lleve 3 entregando un bono el cual teníamos, cabe aclarar que esto nunca fue aclarado por la cajera en el momento del pago. El inconveniente no para ahí, cuando nos fuimos a poner la queja, salió la administradora diciendo que eso solo aplicaba para domicilio, lo cual no era cierto, incluso no aplica para domicilios y luego sacó la disculpa que aplicaba para combos de omellette, lo cual tampoco era cierto según el bono, ya que aplicaba para todos los combos de desayuno. Muy bueno el desayuno, pero el servicio al cliente pésimo, lo que se esperaba era reversar la transacción inicial y hacer cumplir el descuento que estaba dando precisamente PanPaYa. El trato de la "administradora" muy deficiente y de servicio al cliente no sabe absolutamente nada."

"Out of my dozen visits to Colombia, the speed of service for Calle 109 location of La Cesta is the slowest in my book. At every eatery I 've been to before this in Colombia, they usually take 20-30 minutes at most to get the food...to me since ordering. This one took 70 mins. My partner and I was somewhat in a hurry to catch our flights home, and I thought this would make a good choice for our last brunch in Bogota assuming food will take the typical 20-30 mins after ordering. However, it took so long that I recall even seeing few other diners seated and ordered their food after us but received their food before us. I try not to judge but I remember I was the only foreigner. The waiter serving our table was a guy with a shaved head. Even though my Spanish isn 't perfect, he apparently understood what I ordered enough to confirm without me even correcting it. My partner mentioned she noticed him keep stepping out without telling anyone. He forgot her order for a second glass of juice. Something about another server mentioned he forgot to place in our food order at all until we were giving the What the hell look at everyone. Berenjena parmigiana was so-so but definitely wouldn 't order it again. Roast beef and turkey sandwiches weren 't bad at all but even Subway tastes better. The real winner was the starter my partner ordered which was scrambled eggs with tomatoes and ham. Waiting 70 mins for our food was so ridiculous that it costed us our flights back home. How badly you may ask? After paying to rebook my partner 's flight home (fortunately she 's a Colombian national) by a couple hours late, rebook my return flight to USA to the next morning, book an extra night at a hotel in Bogotá, along with logistical costs, it costed me about $400. If you have all the time in the world, by all means do check out La Cesta 109 's menu. But if you feel any sense of tight schedule at all, I strongly advise you to avoid this restaurant and eat somewhere else like McDonald 's, Subway, Burker King, El Corral, Presto, etc. in order to save yourself from a potentially costly logistical nightmare."

"Pueden dar más, aún cuando el promedio x plato es de 30mil y entradas 23mil no le favorece la ubicación y definitivamente el Servicio es 0. Aparte del pobre servicio finalmente cuando pido la cuenta no tienen vueltas y quieren q redondee el precio a favor de ellos..Pedí un arroz chaufa con cerdo... algo ambiguo porq lo trozos en su mayoría eran de Tocino.. si me dicen cerdo ahora voy a creer q me pueden dar rabo o cabeza o pesuña... no me gusto el arroz.. los wantone no son wantone.. le falta"

"Vine con mi esposa en la noche a conocer el lugar, tiene un concepto fresco muy buena atención y ambiente agradable, el día que vine había música en vivo, la comida tiene buen precio para el sector es muy variada para todos los gustos, probamos unos nachos mixtos de La Lupe y un perro de pollo de Andariego.. buena comida, pero no es espectacular. En definitiva es un plan muy bueno y vale la pena repetir para probar todo lo que ofrecen."
