"Was looking for something healthier then fried chicken lol found this place. We sat down and asked for iced coffee since it was so hot out. My friend ordered the veggy samosa's which tasted a lot like the cup of green soup i ordered. We didnt mind it was very fresh and yummy. I asked our waitress for the menu back so i can try to make it myself. The soup was our favorite. She also ordered the mac n cheese which was also very good. We are so happy to have stopped in here. We watched dish after dish leave the kitchen and we kept asking about them because they looked good. Service was very friendly."

"The BEES were out of control.. The biggest problem was that we ordered 3 items and after watching numerous tables come in, eat, pay and leave our food still didnt arrive. So we asked.. the food finally arrived and it was ice cold, hard as a rock and the cheese sauce for the pretzel had a layer of hard cheese on top of it. The waffles were burnt and what we got told was there was a miss fire in the kitchen. They offered to make the food for us to take home but after sitting there over an hour swinging at bees so as not to be stung.. we gladly said no. Very disappointed in the entire service"

"I?ve been to Belfre Kitchen 3 times recently. The food has always been mediocre (salmon, poke bowl with shrimp, lobster roll, several apps). If it were delicious it would be pricey but worth it. Because it?s mediocre, it?s simply overpriced. The staff (wait/host) is hit or miss. Had some wonderful, friendly, professional people. Unfortunately, we also had staff who acted more like self absorbed teenagers doing us a favor. I won?t be back. I would recommend"

"I was really disappointed in the customer service me and my friend received tonight. I was really excited to bring a friend to try it out celebrating cinco de Mayo. I 've been here for a couple of years and never had the customer service I had tonight. I had reservations at 9:00 pm and got seated upon my arrival 8:50 pm. It is now 9:15pm and I had to step out because I was really disappointed how no server came to greet us. I went over to the bar to check if we order there or in our table since it had been months since my last visit. The bartender rudely said can 't you see where busy take these and handed me two glasses and a jar of water. I immediately stepped out because I refuse to dine in somewhere I 'm being talked to rudely."

"I have some mixed feelings. This was my first time here and was immediately impressed with the ambiance and menu of this restaurant. The hostess was nice and sat us immediately.Our server on the other hand seemed annoyed to be there and was just not on her game. She took our street corn from our table before we finished it. She also took my diet coke to refill it and only brought it back when my husband reminded her that I'd paid for a drink.I also wasn't super impressed with the food. The street corn was delicious. My husband had the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and I had the BBQ chicken pizza and bread pudding. The fries were so squishy. The chicken sandwich was incredibly wet because there was a ton of sauce and wet slaw on it. He said the chicken was crispy though and he liked the flavor a lot. The pizza was good. A nice twist on the classic with the sauce being sweet and using pickled onions. But the crust was so hard to chew. My jaw was physically exhausted from eating this pizza leather. The bread pudding was nice, but sooo dense.The food also sits so heavily in your stomach after eating. We didn't finish anything and were both busting after eating half of our entrees. I'm not sure why the food is so heavy because reading the descriptions they don't seem like they would be.Overall I wouldn't avoid this place but I also don't know if it's something I'll crave or go to again. It's a real shame too because it is such a cute place.It was also expensive.2 drinks, appetizer, two entrees and dessert set us back almost $80 after tip."

"I had the seafood salad substituting Caesar dressing for Louie. Fresh and delicious. My friend had the Chicken Salad, which is her favorite. This Cafe is a hidden gem. Highly recommend you check it out, particularly if you're already at the Stanford Shopping Center."

"Although hot offers are limited to about a dozen options, the quality is excellent. I have the bagel breakfast sandwich and the flavors were delicious and serving size was very good. My wife got the Moco Loco bowl and they enjoyed it. The coffee they serve is excellent."
