"Counter service, somewhat rundown appearance. The guy who took my order didn't give me a cup for my drink, so I assumed it would come when i got food, but it didn't. The person giving out food couldn't reach over and give me a cup so I had to stand in line again to get my cup for a drink. Food is reasonable, good prices, nothing particularly notable. Lamb sausage and chicken kebabs were pretty dry. Good flavors, something different for a change."

"I ended up coming here out of the whim. My impression, it isn't bad. Not the worst, not the best, just right. Everything is priced right, and turnaround time for ordering takeout was fairly quick. The burger is just a basic cheeseburger nothing special. French fries are seasoned and fried perfectly. I also got the BBQ pulled pork, and that was actually pretty good. "We stopped here after we spent the afternoon in Monticello before we went home. The best description for Tip Top is a Greek-American dîner who has decidedly local vibes. The staff was super friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our meal. I have the lasagna that was delicious. My girl has the bean and ham soup and a side of fries. The Pommes are like steakfries and should be what all restaurants should strive for. If you are a local or just go through how we were, definitely stop."

"This is my family's go-to burger joint. The service is great and you always feel welcome. The burgers have a great flavor are a good size and the toppings are always fresh. We also like to round our meal out with a basket of sweet tots. I have never been disappointed in this place and I never leave hungry... but I always wish I could eat more!"

"Everything we ordered were delicious. Especially the fries. We ordered second fries. The service was excellent. Only funny thing was that there was a small bouncy ball came from nowhere and hit the wall and dropped on one of us. About 1-2 mins later another small bouncy ball hit the restaurant window next to the couple sit not far from us. A waiter reported to the manager and the manager called the police and reported the incident. Like the restaurant very much and highly recommended."

"Great buffet. The food isn't the highest quality, but you're not coming here for Michelin star foods, now, are you? Great selection of food, and tons of it. We're quite fond of the sushi.
