"We went to Jimmy J's , for lunch, with a large (12) group of friends. Very large menu meant something for everybody. Friendly and helpful waitress. Everybody was very happy with their lunches. Soups were very tasty. Sandwiches were well made and presented. Will definitely dine here again"

"My wife and I are seniors and enjoy A W but a few days ago we ordered a couple teens and a medium fries to share. When they brought the fries in a small metal basket, we looked at it to see several fries...pushed into a piece of parchment paper (inside the basket). Total rip off for I asked the polite server, did you make a mistake? Is this a small fries? He said no mistake. I asked what I would get if I ordered a small fries. He said it would be served in the same size metal basket, otherwise didn't know what to say. Then he politely asked "Can I get you some more fries (I didn't expect that response and only wanted to see if I received someones else's small fries). Then he came back and said the manager told him "If we want more fries, then purchase some more I will never step back in this store, how insulting and unprofessional of the Manager!!! Rude!!!"

"Last week we wanted some lunch thought to try KFC, as past experiences have not been the greatest. We get to Luckakuck location wait in drive-thru 5-10 min. We place order, get to window pay, then we are told it will be ready in 15 min. 15 min later we get the food as leaving open bag checked food. Chicken was more than usually greasy, sandwich was burned, poutine fries were old not fresh the gravy for poutine was burned disgusting. Due to this we also tried the Yale road location. Unfortunately it was the same thing. KFC has not improved their standards, not 1 bit.Lets say KFC has burned their last chance of renewal with me..."
