"Took the kids to Brava's Food truck last night. First time for us. Great food, great service, only downfall was no seating and a bit pricey for a quick bite for family of 4 I understand it's local and also cost of everything has gone up...so considering the time, effort,customer service and quality of food, I'd still say it was worth it. Just limits how often you can afford to go. $30+ for 2 burgers and fries+ drink. Our two teenagers got to eat, and enjoyed it greatly....but for us it wasn't in the budget to try for ourselves. We were on a large Family park/dinner date...or was supposed to be... However, for us parents on a budget, summer vacation, hoping to enjoy together as a family for the first time visit, found it frustrating we weren't even able to try it for ourselves. Was great and also sad for us watching our kids and other family members enjoying what was supposed to be family dinner(for us a slight parent date, as we used to look forward to food truck picnics) yet not being a part of it due to cost or not carrying cards/extra cash downtown was a bit hard. We were so excited to finally try Ft.Wayne's famous Brava's Burger. Having never tried or been to their old restaurant location. We were still able to get the kids dinner and have some family time,yet, My husband still felt bad. Not only that we couldn't join them, but he had planned to get food, let the kids go to Aunt and Uncle's for game night, and then we'd take ours back to the park for our picnic date. packed a blanket and everything. As a parent and a husband.... he was frustrated and felt he failed/disappointed and embarrassed his family all due to it being a surprise and not knowing cost?? In a very pricey time with everything right now, it made us wish they had a small snack style combo. Maybe with a mini burger/standard hot dog/BLT small sandwich paired with some of their famous potatoes and a bottle of water. Would make it a bit easier for parents and also for the smaller kids or for the workers who need a quick grab and go workers lunchbox. Would have allowed for us to accomplish an affordable family dinner as well as our picnic together.....Just an idea.... I did steal some of the potatoes out of my daughters box and OMG... So good. I'd take those over fries any day. The aioli is great as well and considering my son, who only eats ketchup, used it instead... it was mind blowing. Hopefully you sell that bottled for purchase. ? Even though our picnic/family dinner didn't go as planned... We are looking forward to hopefully, visiting another time and having our Brava's picnic date. We are Ft.Wayne proud of your establishment and so fortunate and happy to still have Brava's around. We love you and our family and children thank you for your great service and full belly's. ????"

"Went to dinner on 2/25 with my sister and three kids. After being seated, I overheard a table complain because they were double charged for an item our waitress blamed the kitchen staff. It took 10 15 minutes for any kind of acknowledgement from our waitress. She didn 't introduce herself, and seemed like she couldn 't care less. We placed our drink order which included an Oreo milkshake. She didn 't ask if we wanted any appetizers we did and quickly walked away before we could tell her. We got our drinks and placed our order for appetizer and meals. She wasn 't even paying attention and asked multiple times to repeat our order. Three of us got burgers I ordered mine no bun. Our app came and we finished it when I heard another of her table 's complain they hadn 't received their app yet. They ordered before us, and the exact same app. She told them that multiple tables ordered the same thing and someone ran it to the wrong table. That someone was her. This is the second complaint we heard where the waitress blamed someone else and just made excuses. Two men brought our food every single burger came without buns. I had asked for A1 and it wasn 't brought we just asked a table nearby for theirs. We 're now at least 45 minutes in. Waitress has not asked us if we want refills or checked on us at all and still no milkshake. The staff fixed the bun issues and as the waitress ran by I asked for refills. At this point she tells us they ran out of Oreos and she just found out (45 minutes after placing our order), but they could do a plain vanilla shake. We agreed. Finally had to ask the manager for refills, still no milkshake. At an hour in with no milkshake, I got up to find the manager. Manager brings waitress over to our table and they both proceed to make excuses instead of just apologizing and fixing the issue for 5 minutes. The manager even told us that the bartender was straight up drunk and was probably just happy they ran out of Oreos so she didn 't have to make shakes at all. It was absolutely ridiculous. Third time the waitress blamed everyone but herself and took zero accountability. Another 20 minutes later we had a comped milkshake, more excuses from the waitress, and still waited another 10 minutes for the check. The restaurant was busy, but the waitress was nowhere to be seen so it 's not like she was helping other tables. I have never had service like this anywhere else in my life and we will never be returning to this location. The issue clearly starts with management."

"One or so of the items witty each order is wrong in some way. We all make mistakes but NO ICE in my Iced Caramel Macchiato. That's a simple request, right? Naturally they come with ice , so I think someone might just need to slow down just a touch and perhaps pay close attention to specific details in a customer's order. At least I received my actual order, unlike that time my order was 50 (ten or so McDoubles. How in the world did I receive someone else's no more than $10 order? Which was; a fish fillet, fries and a large Sprite. Of course none of which I had a particular craving for or normally choose from the menu. I pray that zero of my five McDoubles have a single pickle on them."

"The waitress we had first was super sweet! They had to change shifts, our new waitress was late and was extremely rude. My kid accidentally spilt his drink and it took us getting the hostesses attention, which took forever, to get someone to get towels. The food came out so staggered we gave our kids our food to eat."
