"We decided to stop for lunch at West Street Grill. It had been a few years since we were here. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by Mr. O’Shea. He stopped by our table a few times with a couple of recommendations. His focus on his customers, attention to detail and commitment to providing the best experience was obvious. Our food, from the appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious. Our server, even on her second day did an excellent job. We are so glad we stopped."

"We have ordered Lobster Boat meals through DoorDash in April again on 6/15/23, as we were unable to go in person. Both deliveries couldn't have been better! This last meal was for my boyfriend's birthday. They not only honored my request for extra strawberries on his cheesecake, but they also put a candle in it! He had scallops shrimp, I had lobster steak tips, and we ordered onion nuggets. Both opted for baked tater cole slaw. Everything was PERFECT! I highly recommend choosing to get your meal from them, either in person or a delivery service. I feel they are very thoughtful and will go above and beyond to make your meal special."

"We were with Whitey a couple of times and were never disappointed. The burgers and chili are very good. I like the beanless jalapeno and my wife likes the original. They are a cash/check business so prepared, although they have an ATM on site if required."

"I've been to this location maybe 6 times, most of the time I use the drive-through. Nearly everytime they get our order wrong. Im not the type to get mad about it. In fact my wife and I think it's comical how often they mess up the order so we always go in with that expectation and know to check our order before leaving. ???? I dined in today. Fully expected something and sure enough they were out of French fries and mac-n-cheese, both sides that my son wanted. This was at 6:15pm, dinner time for most. I laughed it off ????. Went to pay and the guy said the register was down, he had to use the drive through register. It's always something at this location ???????. The young man at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. I had to approach the counter 2 other times when the young man was away and the other employees acted liked I was bothering them by asking for bbq sauce and a refill. In fact they didn't acknowledge me while I was standing at the counter waiting. It wasn't until I spoke up that they turned to look at me. Maybe they are just really into their work.??????? I will say the food was good, biscuit was soft and fresh, chicken was tender and crispy! They gave me plenty of bbq sauce and honey ???? The dining area was clean, the bathrooms... not so much, the sink needed to be cleaned, one of soap dispensers was hanging off the wall, the trash lid may have been broken. My advise if you eat here, don't expect them to have all menu items available. And check your bag before you leave to ensure your order is complete ????."
