"I just finished my leftovers and I'm sad about it. I had only been to the Evantson location of Bat 17 so I was excited to give Lombard a go. Everything here was great. I brought my three year old here to have dinner with a friend on a Thursday night. Seats are mostly high tops, which aren't my favorite, but it's not the biggest of spaces, so I get it. Our server for the night was Briana. She was wonderful. Seriously, give this woman a raise! She was hostess server and she was amazing. Super attentive, friendly towards my child, didn't miss a beat when she had four or so tables going at the same time. A amazing. For the food we got: sliders, pretzel nuggets, vegan potato salad, and vegan chicken sandwich. Honestly, everything was so good. That potato salad? Still thinking about it. If you are a dill lover, go have some! So fresh and somehow light for a potato salad. When I ordered the sliders, i figured they would be small and my kid could eat two of them LOL, nope. They're pretty big for sliders, almost the size of a regular burger! I had one, my kid had like half of one, and we had so much leftover to take home. The desserts looked fabulous, although I couldn't make it to dessert. Next time! I can't wait to go back!"

"New owners since December 2022 and the food is horrible. We ordered chicken gyros, grilled onions only and honey mustard sauce. Got burnt, dried out chicken, one string of onion and sour cream(? . Also got bags of oily fries that we didn’t order. All trashed, waste of money. Steve’s was a solid spot for Lombard residents with plenty of repeat customers. This place will close before summer."
