"Taken delivery from this store. Read a lot about Jollybee beforehand about being Asia's reply to Mac Donald's. Took their most common package of chiken proudly named by them as chikenjoy, Hey wait it is fried in coconut oil or may be palm am not sure. but surely doesnt taste like that of kfc or mac. I didnt liek the smell at all. However its famous here so tried it anywyas."

"We ordered chicken bucket for take out and the cashier told us to wait for So we wait until it reach We call the attention of the crew to follow up our order. He came out of the back of the house, and told us to wait for I did wait because I am looking at my clock, of waiting and still my order is not with me. I call the crew again and tell him to follow up my order. And they did it again, they told me to wait for another That is so wrong. You need to maximized the promise time if you aren’t sure what time will the order be ready so that next time, they won’t expect their order to be delivered on time. I’m quite disappointed."

"I liked the coffee but not the food. Would love to see some dressing fot the mushroom toast, it's a bit dry for me. For the chicken sandwich, no condiments available as well. And the potatoes are too salty we had to dust off the salt. It's something worth trying once and that's it. They open really early so that's a plus."

"Bad service of all time !!!! <br>

We ordered 4 stuff: a half chicken, pork belly, salpicao and soup. <br>

The chicken and salpicao were average. The pork belly was cruel - no taste - and the soup never arrived. <br>

Do not eat here if you want a good service. The waiters are nice, but the branch does not know what she does: <br>
<br>
1. Our appetizer, the Salpicao, came well after our main courses (chicken and pork belly) ... and only after we worked twice; <br>
2. Our soup has never arrived. In fact, there was a bit of serenity because we thought the sauce of pork belly was the soup, as she did not seem to know what we wanted; and <br>
3. Our soup was not just never ... after we couldceled her, she added her to our bill and I had to be angry before her cashier did something about it. <br>

This is unacceptable. If I could give these guys a zero, I would. Never visit this place. The food is overpriced and that's okay if it tasted good, but not - and the service is more than horrible. Do yourself a favor and do not take care of this place. <br>

There are better chicken lokers in the city. Even an old village like that of Max is miles better. Heck, Jollibee could be better. <br>

I have the feeling that they stole 45 minutes of my life because I aggravated me."
