"I drove past this place a few times and had no idea it was a brewery and bbq place. I have to say such a nice hidden gem where I live. Amazing service, food, and beer. My family and I will eventually be regulars here."

"I live in S Carolina and on social media I found some posts of people from Chicago asking where to find Italian Roast Beef. Some responses said only in Chicago! Others said make your own and provided recipes. I had just been in Chicago and missed out so I told myself the next time in Chicago I would try it. I will say I did follow recipes and made it at home and it was a hit with my family. But last week a coworker and myself were able to try Al’s and what a treat it was. My sandwich was awesome, the Big Beef. Coworker had the same and we split a large order French Fries."

"We knew this place back when he was called HI. Wing in to check the interior and see how the food was....es GREAT! I had the Angus beef burgers and hand cut frits and both were amazing. The fries had a really good season on them and the black cherry cream soda by Brix oh my! I had to refill! Can't wait to go back and try something else! Service was great and atmosphere is also great! Sounds like they're bringing back the train that ran around the ceiling between the floors!"

"Genuine, locally owned business. Prices are very affordable and the smoker out front smells amazing every time we pass the business. The pork, chicken and sides are very good. The barbecue is different but delicious! It’s sweet and salty with a tomato bbq tange. Highly recommend to anyone in town!"
