"WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER EATEN! We went there with a 9pm reservation be told to be sharp) . Then waited for half an hour for the table to be ready. Then waited for half an hour to order drinks, then waited for another half an hour to order food then waited for an hour! to get the under average pizza. When we left the restaurant, it was 11:45! I hope they will change the manager or hire more employees.."

"This is one od the most known tourist places in Reims. Situated next to the cathedral, with the spectacular view, it is simply a must. Although the food is quite good, nice flammekeuches, good burgers, (years ago they had delicious salad falafel salad, but now the menu was changed again) it takes ages in order to be served. The staff avoid the eye contact so you wait indefinitely to place and order and then it takes years to ask for the bill. Same with the people waiting at the door to be shown to their table. The staff is simply not interested. So you may visit this place or not. However the real horror starts in the toilet. I have visited Au Bureau many times, with family or friends, in the summer and winter. Every time the toilet stinks with the urine. It’s dirty. Often there’s no toilet paper nor paper towels, there’s no soap and everything is wet. I really don’t understand that. It makes me feel ashamed when I invite my friends from abroad, and every one of them wants to visit Au Bureau thanks to its location and the fact that it is open all the time and you can eat whenever you want. And then they go to the toilet and it’s such an unpleasant experience. Please do something about it. What I can say from my observations the place lack a good manager. If you need someone I am willing to help you."
