"I used to come to this place for lunch every day until my work moved... Now I only make it in for dinner every once in a while. It's funny you don't know what you miss until it's gone.<br/ Great atmosphere, really friendly staff always up with a joke or two it's nice to see this kind of friendly attitude hadn't all disappeared.<br/ I recommend this fit the food but also for the atmosphere, wife and kids love it, too bad we live a bit far too make it a weekly thing.<br/"

"We had the misfortune of eating here on a long week-end. They were clearly understaffed, as after 10 minutes of waiting for a server to come and bring us menus I finally had to go and ask for someone to come and pointed out that others in our section were in the same situation. By the time we sat down and actually placed our order it was about 25-30 min, and the place was 1/2 empty. Once we did order, the food arrived fairly quickly ... unfortunately. Never in my life have I seen anything so unattractive and unappetizing. The meal of veggies, beef and potatoes was awful. We will never go back to this location."

"I was out with my oncle and dancing for a cozy ride to explore and relieve the boredom. these trips usually include lunch or dinner, so when they express an interest in Greek cuisine, there is only one place I thought of, main st. Greek. in markham. as it was her first time, the Pikilia plate seemed like a corresponding introduction. it includes lamb chops, loukaniko sausage, chicken souvlaki, pork souvlaki and bifteki, served with classic Greek salad, tzatziki and brot. Of course they also had to taste the delicious pork gyros and calamaria. they loved everything, just as I knew they would! besides eating the great tasting, the serviced was friendly and excellent. we are coming back in definitiw!"

"I have not tried this takeout place for quite a while, so I decided to order a takeout to see if the quality has improved.Unfortunately we were even more disappointed this time.First off all, you cannot find a takeout menu or the phone number for this location on their website. Me Va Me is now a franchise and only the four other locations are listed.We ordered after finding a number for them on Google. It is obvious now as to why the menu is not on the website. The prices have increased significantly in the last two years. The portion sizes have dwindled considerably. They still serve the same dry, burnt, barely edible chicken shish kebobs.To get an idea of how expensive they are: a take out meal for two (chicken shish kebob and beef shish kebob) 2 small cold appetizers (Humus and eggplant) and three laffas) came to over $64.00 At over $32:00 per person you expect wonderful food. Instead we got burnt chicken and soggy, greasy, overcooked vegetables.To add insult to injury, I called the order in, I was told to come in 15 minutes. I still waited another 15 minutes in the restaurant for the order to be ready.I cannot imagine ever ordering from here again."

"Went as a group of four. Three ordered halibut, chips and salad, the forth only wanted a soup. So they brought the soup right out. I finally was able to flag down the waitress and ask why she wouldn 't bring all the meals at once,...so she took the soup back. Halibut and chips were ok. The Greek salad wasn 't. It was a tossed salad with some parmesan cheese on top and a couple of dried up olives. No feta! So overall I wasn 't impressed."

"I used to go to this place a lot but haven't been in awhile so thought I'd try it out again. The place has changed management and has been remodeled so it looks nicer interior wise. But the food prices have gone up and is...overpriced by 25% for what you're getting. There's no complimentary soup nor desert. Not even a fortune cookie. But the problem is the entrée we ordered was simply not good. My Singapore vermicelli didn't taste right and was dry. I could get better noodles at the food court at half the price. My friend's tomato sauce on rice didn't taste like tomato sauce at all. Something wasn't right with the flavoring. Service was OK nothing spectacular. We were disappointed so only left 9% tip and were told later that the tip wasn't enough. I do believe it should be earned and not freely given. Overpriced and under quality. Will not be coming back to this place. Recommend hopping across the parking lot to Power King instead."

"Tangerine Express isn't affiliated with Tangerine (Located on the east side of Markham Road). The one thing I like about this place is that it isn't overly commercialized Hakka food like Federicks. The food is very consistent and, very true to the Hakka cuisines roots....Had: Chicken Pakora Chilli Chicken Fung Me Mein Hakka Chow Mein Tangerine Orange Beef Shrimp and Lobster sauce Calamari in Spicy sauce Price: Fair Portions: Generous"
