"As we were a big group we had to do multiple bookings under different names. One of our bookings was canceled and the restaurant manager was rude in addressing the issue. He simply told us it’s not my problem. Then we were given a table up and two tables down and were refused to have the three tables on the same floor although the lower floor was empty and they could have accommodated all of us on the same floor on different tables which we told them we do not mind however they were not willing to listen at all."
