"There aren’t many ramen places in KC, so I come here. It depends on the day, sometimes they’ll warm up the pork belly in the microwave. Other time, it’s fire. You write your order on a menu with your name, then they come serve your food. There’ve been times they have mixed my order with someone else’s order. Think they’ve changed some management, and it’s been better, and I told them to stop doing, and they’ve paid more attention. The bonus is the high bar, the severs are respectful and let you go ham on their ramen. It’s been growing on me."
