"Why is this place so under rated !!! I've been several times now and the food is always on point. This is a fine dining undiscovered gem!!!!! The food is prepared to goosebump inducing standards by the chef and all I can say is the candy floss prawns with that cumin mayo keeps me coming back. I always pair my meal with the export only white wine Natana and for me that's the perfect end to a Friday night. If you lucky enough to be there when there is live music the vibe gets going in this little spot of heaven. Big ups to the JoMartin band for providing the music to my main course. A must not be missed moment is also the rooibos custard cream that is served with the home made malva pudding. Well done to this spot for exceeding my expectations."

"I tried their smoked food twice and on both occasions the flavours were underwhelming. Good food but just not smokey enough, yet they call themselves a smokehouse. The pasteis de nata however is seriously good, especially if you manage to get it warm and fresh. This is possible the best pasteis de nata in Cape Town and it will keep me coming back here. Service was good, the location and ambiance exceptional. Well priced too."

"The food here is excellent and the setting is so beautiful! We had a seat right at the edge so we had uninterrupted view of the beautiful vineyards and surrounds! We had the calamari for starters which was fresh and very tasty! I had the pork belly for mains which was so so delicious and probably the best I've ever had! It had a lovely apple flavor! My mom had the oxtail which was very rich tasting but very tasty! Our waitress was also very friendly! I would recommend booking before eating here as it does get very busy but the food is superb!"

"Great little gem with an amazing view and such great service. The crumbed bone marrow with snails was to die for. Only criticism os the 200g steak... it was horribly thin, my partner had a 300g fillet which was amazing definitely remove the 200g portions. Will be back soon!"
