"We have been going to Korean Palace since it first opened many years ago. The food was fantastic back then and was arguably the best in Ottawa. The place was spacious and comfortable. Then there were management issues and the restaurant was closed for a few months. When it was reopened, the food was still good although not as good as before. So we continued to eat there and it has been our preferred Korean restaurant in Ottawa. We went last night for supper again. We found the quality of food has continued to deteriorate and now is below par. We ordered nothing fancy but very standard Korean stuff: stir fried potato noodles and rice cake, Dolsot BiBimBap, and Galbi Tang. The beef broth tastes like that of beef bone instant noodle. The side dishes are also poor and the Kimchi is very ordinary. Overall, the food is below average, although the service is still good. Just that there are other better Korean restaurants in Ottawa,this will be our last visit there."
