"I have to go based off of the one thing that I tried. The seitan wings were just not good. I've been places that make an attempt to actually make food look appealing and these were just blobs of brown served to me in brown sauce which was supposed to be ponzu sauce and it again was not that great tasting. I was also provided some kind of additional sauce or spread which was orangish brownish, not sure what it was supposed to be. I think that it was an overall unpleasant experience because it was a very loud Saturday night. I would consider our waiter very inattentive. I'm unsure of how many tables he had. The blender was broken so I couldn't get the drink that I wanted. Just a generally bad experience, it was my birthday I was looking forward to trying this place after seeing positive reviews. I would not go back."

"I've been here several times and found it A OK each time. I've had the burritos, tacos and La Yerba cocktail. The La Yerba was very tasty and refreshing. I love tequila and cilantro, so this was a win. A tad sweeter than I'd like, but still great. They changed the bar from how it used to look and the colors/decor are super fun. Outdoor seating still offered when the weather is nice. For the burritos/tacos I've had the shrimp, chicken and ground beef. They cook the shrimp perfectly and were willing to change the taco shell type/fillings for me, which I appreciated. I wasn't BLOWN AWAY by the tacos, but... it's a taco. As long as the fish/meat isn't suspect (which it's not) then I'm happy with it. These aren't gourmet tacos with fancy aolis and lobster yada yada. They're basic tacos with simple, good quality ingredients. The burrito was my favorite item on the menu. Tasty rice and they toast the outside or something, because the wrap has a slight crunch to it and it's perfect. The last time I called to order though, I noticed that they only offer tacos now. Bummer because I was a big fan of the burrito, but I guess they wanted to simplify the menu. The prices and scale is in between. This isn't a hole in the wall spot with cheap tacos (which you can have close by) and this isn't a fancy upscale place like a few other restaurants in the city. It's in the middle, and it works. Moral of the story: If you want a delicious amazing meal, go elsewhere. If you want to pay 5 bucks for 2 3 tacos, go elsewhere. If you want to spend $15 a person on decent food and have lots of drink options you won't be too disappointed."

"It was ok. We went as soon as they opened up and the service was still slow despite only being one of two groups there. The food was ok, pricey for the portion and quality. It didn't knock it out park for me. It was $70 for brunch for 3 people."

"Firstly, the ambiance is rad. I love the juxtaposition of Luchador and Judeo-Christian icons. I didn't know where to let my eyes settle. The food went beyond my expectations. The chips seemed made in house, the salsa nice and spicy (I dislike going to Mexican restaurants and finding their salsa has absolutely no heat). I am vegan and there were plenty of options for me which was of course wonderful! I had there sweet potato tacos (sans cheese) and I highly recommend them. I noticed people complained about the service. We were served promptly, waters were always filled, and chips and salsa were always filled. I hope they open a location here in Reno!"

"I was very excited for this restaurant as I had read some great articles. the service went from the door to the left when the host said we expect a busy night so they have 90 minutes for their meal. that means they have to go at 8:00. then it took almost 20 minutes to take our order, and over 10 for a drink order. the waitress. we've got everything slow and late. she asked us about dessert when we still eat and brought the scary while we eat dessert. the cherry on the top of the sunflower was that the food (tacos) was bland and had little to no taste. what made it even worse was that we ordered adobo huhn tacos and carne asada rindfleisch tacos. I will not say it was all bad the drinks and churros were very good. Maybe they come for a nightcap, but that's a pass for me for the actual eating time and again. make you like one and if you want a good dinner with great service, go to another place."
