"We started off with a couple of drinks. Old Fashioned and a French Martini. They were both very good. We had the Fritto Misto as an appetizer. It was lightly fried and quite good. Also tried the gumbo and it was good as well. My wife ordered the Tournedos au Poivre. Though they tasted good, she ordered them medium well and they came out well done. So if they were the proper temperature they probably would have been better. She didn’t send them back because she didn’t want to wait. I had the duck confit and it was tasty, though the green beans were undercooked. The potatoes were cooked well. We had the Coconut Bavarian and the Molasses Ginger Cake. Both were very good. Our waiter was nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall it was a nice experience. If the meat was the proper temperature and the green beans were cooked properly I would have given them 5 stars. I wish I could give them 4.5 stars instead of 4 "

"The Thanksgiving Buffet was not the quality for which we had hoped. I’m pretty sure the creamed corn was from a can and the dressing tasted like stove top stuffing from the 70’s with pears added. The Brussels sprouts were soggy with water and had no flavor; I could not eat them. They had desserts that were not house made and the pumpkin pie crust was burned, bread pudding was very dry with no sauce. The only salad offered was finely diced beets with a small amount of cheese. We suspected the beets were canned and if you don’t like those there wasn’t one more salad option. And the gravy was runny like water and tasteless. I think they could have attempted to do much better. The Yard for Thanksgiving is a big NO for me and we do not recommend."

"Not good at all! Not sure what was in this Mac and cheese...sweet potatoes was nasty, I don't like coconut in my yams, and the whole meal was disappointing. Was considering catering my daughter wedding, but I'm scared the food will turn out bad like today's food was. Greens dumped out of the can and heated half way up...had to tell truth...food taste(F) Flavor. (F).....Service (D)...."
