"First of all, the female staff (I don't know if she is the owner) was super nice and friendly? The food in general was great. We have the Cassoulet (preparation of at least 15 minutes), a local dish here in Carcassonne, the pork coast with fries and the chocolate cake for dessert. The cassoulet was essentially a duck meat stew and pork sausage with yellow beans. Good taste even if it was a little salty to our taste. The well-cooked pork chop was very well married with the source of mushrooms. The cake was a chocolate mousse between 2 layers of meringues with a load full of chocolate fillings. We loved chocolate but not a fan of sweet meringues. The price was very reasonable. Overall, an excellent meal for us.
