"Boston meets Southern hospitality. Awesome atmosphere. Great with kids. Great food. Superb service. Always the same hostess. Manager always comes by table to check on you. It's like the class of Boston meets southern hospitality.....up class meets hometown feeling. Every time I go everything it's consistent and I feel like I belong. Doesn't matter what area I'm seated in or which waitress I get.....I always have a very enjoyable experience and feel like I have known these people my entire life (even though I've lived here for only a year). Two thumbs up. Keep up the awesomeness!"

"Never again will this location get a penny from us. One event after another left us feeling like we were in the twilight zone. It took asking three people, four different times to get some dressing for our salads. I never got the straw I asked for, had to ask for water three times and it was finally delivered as we were ready to leave. They weren’t super busy but service was awful. FINALLY got some napkins after the third ask. It was entertaining watching my husband eat ribs without them. I asked the lady that delivered our food if she could please get our server for us. She turned and SLOWLY walked away to a table 4 feet away from me where she continued to pretend I was invisible. I looked for a manager and couldn’t find anyone. I would think a good manager would make sure staff is trained to at least give 10% effort. If you eat here I hope you’re experience is better than ours. Good Riddance Ramsey Street Applebees."

"Food is always amazing. It is just crazy they say they offer a kids meal and then charge me normal price because fried chicken isn’t a kids item. When we went down the line I told them I wanted me son to get the kids meal and they waited til I checked out to inform me that it didn’t count so I wound up paying $38 for just me and my son. I wish they would have what a kids meal consist of in writing somewhere. This always seems to happen. They used to have menu showing on tv but not anymore."
