"My man I made for birthday. the reservation was at 19:30 clock; we arrived at 19:32 clock, we were asked to hang on the bar until our seat was ready. we have not taken place until 8:10. After we had put the waiter up, my man explained that we had drinks and appetizers at the bar and waited for our order. he asked if we closed our ticket at the bar; we told him we had done it. as the time progressed, the waiter never returned after we sit about 15min. I was able to get his attention as he waited on a nearby table and asked to order a bottle of wine; he said he couldn't serve us because we had already ordered the cash. he refused to bring us water or wine. I asked to speak to a manager who apologized for the waiter actions and explained that the information he gave us was not correct at all and brought us a bottle of the requested wein. all employees should be trained professionally; because this waiter really put a bad taste in my mouth for the decor. pennie"

"We ordered habanero cherry bbq pork belly, bone marrow crimson, perfectly grilled filets, and mac cheese. our waiter said that the pig bell was a religious experience and it wasn't disappointed. we even have a few extra BBQ sauce after house that I used on everything! 4 stars just because the mac and the cheese was a bit dry and the restaurant was ice cold, but I might have just sat near a vent. everything was great and I would absolutely recommend it!"

"We went to Seasons 52 for the first time to celebrate my grandmother's 74th birthday and we were not disappointed. Our server, Stuart, doted on her and truly made her feel special. We were treated to tuna tartar, a champagne toast, and a birthday dessert on the house and all of it was just the right amount for an individual serving. We also ordered the filet mignon which was fantastic and cooked perfectly for medium rare. I was so happy with my meal I can't even remember what everyone else ordered, but there were definitely no complaints."

"Not a good experience. Good overall was very mediocre. Chicken and dumplings were watery and Lukewarm. Cornbread had an aftertaste and they had no butter. Grilled romaine salad was overdone and almost burnt. Overpowered all of the other flavors. Shishito peppers were very bland. Disappointing for sure."
