"I had a steak sandwich and it was very bland, not at all like a Puerto Rican steak sandwich. It was filled with salad and tomatoes, but the steak was very little. The music is so LOUD that you can't hear what they say, or they can't hear your order and you need to repeat, and the young man rolled his eyes with an attitude because my husband asked to lower the music so that he can place our order. The area is nice, sharp air and the area was clean, but the service needs some work. Food needs some taste to meet the criteria of genuine Puerto Rican food. I am Puerto Rican born and raised in the Bronx, with cooking experience from 40 to 43 Yes and if you allow me to give you some constructive criticism as an experienced cook and former owner of many social clubs with food service in the Bronx, your customer service must change and you really need to add some good seasoning to penetrate this food."
