"The young lady who was our server was courteous, helpful and friendly. I do love the farm-to-table concept. The charcuterie was very tasty, as was the entree. However, my husband and I could barely hear each other across the table due to the noise; the wine was absurdly over-priced, and the salad, which cost about $1.00 per leaf of Romaine, had to be wrestled into our mouths because it had not been torn up. And *please*, people, do not say you are serving petit fours unless you are! You can find this information at Dictionary.com, Wikipedia, and a competent recipe site or cookbook. We were both disappointed and displeased that what was called "petit fours" were *not* really petit fours."

"Still absolutely delicious! We tried their Seafood & Tofu Hot Pot, Seafood Stir fry, and Crab & Fish Mau Soup. The Seafood Stir Fry and hot pot had a fantastic mix of seafood flavors, tofu, and paired excellent with rice; out of both, I would recommend the Hot Pot more since it contained a larger embodiment of sauce and seafood flavors. The crab and fish mau soup was a healthy, ginger laced dish that battled my cold rather well. Although it was in a bowl that didn’t look too big, we were able to spoon at least 12 cups, so it was a very good portion for what we received. The waitress was quick and attentive, and Chow’s, as always, comes recommended!

(April 2015)
Authentic Chinese Food - Hot, Fast, Delicious, and Large Portions. Not only does Chow's Chinese have authentic Chinese food (and an American style menu for those not as adventurous), they always serve their food hot and the servers are attentive and quick. "The Parmesan chicken is my favorite, and the service is fine. I'm not a big salad eater but they're salads are very appetizing. The price is very fair for the whole experience."

"WORTH THE TRIP. Carol I went here Friday evening for supper. The staff is friendly and laid back. We really didn't need the menu because we already knew what we wanted. The Monte Cristo. WOW was it good! We also had fried mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They were also tasty and huge. Needless to say, we took some home for later. Also we will be back for more fun food at Shorty Small's"

"Basic and satisfied. Yeah, it's ugly. the decor is all by party galaxy. it is a truckstop dive without fountains, tropical plants or other bourgeois distractions. but I live near, and ricky 's is a reliable place for above average Mexican tariff at a very good price. the bandera mexicana, a plate of three enchiladas, fills them for nine dollars. Taco salads are fresh, tasty and cheap. the service is friendly, fast and inconspicuous. best, in contrast to teetotaling alfredo 's (garth brooks blvd. ricky will serve you a cerveza. a cave: if you order takeout by phone, it is best to stay to menu items, because of the language barrier. other than that, viva ricky 's!"

"There is nothing wrong with this place. I loved the fact they do not have a dress code for the type of place that it is. I saw patrons with baseball caps and street cloths. The waitstaff was amazing. I have never walked into a place and am greeted with everyone you pass saying "I hope you enjoy". As I am going to the restroom I had to walk through the prep area. They stopped and said "guest passing through".

Now the food! We ate here for dinner and were seated quickly.

Oh My Goodness! I didn't take a picture of the duo, the pimento was creamy and cool and the fire roasted tomato dip was sweet.

The house salad!! The house dressing! Oh sweet, light, candy. Yes. Candy. I felt I was eating candy before dinner.

My husband ordered the Ribeye. It was tender and full of flavor. The corn had a interesting, good flavor. I think it was the onion in it. Cooked to order was perfect.

I ordered the cluk n oink. I am thankful my daughter shared the plate with me. The breast was juicy and smokey. The St. Louis Ribs defiantly fell off the bone. I loved the sticky, sweet sauce and the hint of smoke.

My mother in law ordered the glazed pork. Again, juicy. The caramelized onion and apple. Okay because there is just something about onion and apples with pork. It just pairs perfectly.

We did not have room for dessert but because of the reviews on the key lime pie (and because I love key lime) we took it to go.

I would say the only complaint I would have is they did not have a kids meal. My daughter is picky. I wish that we had an option for her."
