"From beginning to end, this was the best dining experience I’ve had all month. And I just got back from New York and dined at various phenomenal restaurants including Taos. But none of those even held a candle to PF Chang’s today! Our waiter, Sean was outstanding and my daughter even commented that she thought we got the Rock Star of waiters. Food was excellent. Service was exceptional. The Mojito was perfectly made and even the unexpected personally signed birthday card from the staff was such a hit. It made my birthday feel extra special. We will definitely be back, again and again. Thanks for the wonderful dining experience."

"So l was craving shrimp and pork fried rice. I went on online typed in their name menu and a very nice menu was displayed. l called to order and was put on hold. We arrived at the restaurant and l just went inside to order. I knew what l wanted based on the online menu. I ordered 2 pork egg rolls, a small wonton soup and of course my shrimp and pork fried rice. So on line the egg rolls were 5.50, the small wonton soup was 3.50, and the combo rice 10.99. They brought my order with a receipt for 30 dollars. I reviewed the receipt and it was as follows, egg rolls were 8, the small soup was 6.00, and the rice 14.00. The manager came over and asked me to see the menu and he looked at it and said it was not the official menu. I had to get the one with updated prices for PF Changs. He could have presented the restaurants menu; but he did not. Nor did he attempt to offer a small discount or any alternative so l choose to keep only the rice. My husband texted me and said just pay them whatever they wanted. I disagreed and left with the rice. When l got home and opened my rice l wanted to cry. The pork was like flat tough cow hide the rice hard and the shrimp looked like they had been taken from another person food remains. Not only did l eat old shrimp some had shells on them. Tasty right? My family and l was planning to have my birthday dinner with them. Think goodness for all the above, because we would have been upset over highly priced sub par food. The 1 on the rating is for the fortune cookies they were good and they gave me three."
