"My parents and I went here for Mother's Day brunch. When we entered, there was no one at the hostess stand so we stood there for a couple minutes. A nearby waitress mentioned someone would help us shortly. The owner then arrived, looking very stressed. She checked her list for our reservation and then it took at least 10 more minutes before we were seated. There was a table right there (where we did end up sitting), but it wasn't cleared and didn't have enough chairs. We just stood there waiting for her to find someone to clean it and that person was definitely not in a hurry. Finally we sat down, but weren't given any menus. After a few minutes, I went to the hostess stand to get some myself. From entering the restaurant to food on the table, it was at least 45 minutes, which was way too long considering we had a reservation. From that point on, the experience was better. The food was interesting and tasted good. My mom's croissant was a bit burnt on the edges, but it was ok overall. Prices were comparable to other places. Perhaps it was because it was a Sunday, or Mother's Day, but it was just kind of a harried-feeling place. I would try again maybe during a non-busy time."

"Waited 5 min before someone came and asked us if we wanted to be seated.didn't look like anyone was there to wait on customers.we left.Found out later they only had 1 server.glad we left, didn't want to wait an hour to get waited on after we would have been seated. Sad because I know they have good food there. Maybe try it again some other time."

"Fast service. Extensive menu. Amazing how different IHOPs are. The one on SE 14th is consistently good. Others in the area- not so much. Spinach mushroom omelet and hasbrowns for this visit. Omelet was stuffed full of fresh ingredients. Very tasty. This IHOP is also the only one that gets my hashbrowns as crispy as I want! I eat breakfast here once a month as a treamyt, and it always delivers. This location does anyway. Typically spend $11-$15 on breakfast and leave a generous tip. Service always quick and friendly. I will give an extra shout out to both Patti and Christian. Each knock it out of the park for service when I am lucky enough to get a table in their section. Aldo, the Tres Leche pancakes should have their own place in food history they are so good."

"We have gone three different times to different times of the day and each time ended before we sat. the last time was this past weekend. 30 minutes before someone took our name. two other parties that were there before we left before we did. I thought this was due to the fact that no workers have during the covid, but they still have no service. never again."

"The service was great! Ty was very attentive to our table. Our order came out at a reasonable time. Ty took care of all our needs and checked on us often. And of course, the food was delicious. I would have to recommend the Mexican Tres Leches pancakes! Yum!!"
