"One of the better meals we had. came to the breakfast and was not disappointed. the coffee was beautifully made with good aromen of the bores. we had the hearty French toast with black pudding, which was an interesting recording on the normal sweeter version. the brot was clear and interesting and good with the black pudding, the tasty and deviated from the stodgy versions that may sometimes appear. the stirrup was perfectly cooked, but under seasoned. accompanied with chorizo but made it extra special. the personal was friendly and attentive. hidden from the normal tourist opposite, but one to recommend."

"Raspberry shortcake $7) and goats/Fennel pie $6.90,) wow the lamb was so well stuffed and had a big taste that really helped publish on the top, adding the extra piece of moistness to the cake. the shortcake was beautiful and dense and is a bit sweet, but if they love kocosnuss, the definitiw is a winner."

"We are 5 of us have vacation in hobart, and went to this restaurant for dinner on December 26th. the restaurant was quite full, but the floor staff is only 2 girls. I asked one of the girls why today only have 2 floor staff, and they said they only have 2 floor staff every day. the girl ran like a huh. they did bar, take order, clean up table, cash handling, inviting customers, etc. they did really a great work, although the service was slow, table besides is also complaining for the delay. I wish the owner of this restaurant read my review and give a high credit for these 2 girls and more floor staff in the future that I ordered was a spicy full fish...read more"

"I regularly visit Small-fry. The chefs are very passionate and a delight to watch, and produce very yummy food. I love the open conversations around the bench. If it wasn't for the pretentious and obnoxious waitstaff, I would have rated Small-fry 5 stars."
