"One of the best Chinese restaurants in Perth, renovated at about the start of April 2019. The food is authentic Cantonese, and would be appetizing to an Australian and Asian palate. Good selection and fair price. Being in Northbridge the parking can be a little hard but that's not their fault. They serve yum cha dim sum at lunch. I don't think they have wheel chair access."

"We went to uncle billys on a local recommendation we were disappointed service was fast it was a quiet night, but eating was very cut, early rolls out of a package? , a chicken dish that lacked taste and a special Chinese fried rice. that was okay, but not the extra worth we paid. the website does not advertise alcohol availability, but they have a limited selection. you can do better"

"Not the best experience. the personal was not very helpful. eating is average. sour taste in one of the rice flour rolls with fried teig. maybe soy sauce. I didn't want a refund to let the workers know and didn't really seem to care."

"Originally we wanted to eat at other dim sum restaurants. First one was one of my fav, but got long queue. So we made our way to second restaurant nearby. But then we walked pass Ying Restaurant and noticed they do dim sum too, so we decided to try. <br>

Exquisite venue. Lovely service, attentive & efficient.<br>

Foods reviews as below: <br>
1. BBQ Pork Bun filling was nice and not fatty, just a tad too sweet. <br>
2. Siu May was all meat (not fatty), but need more prawns as you cant smell nor taste it.<br>
3. Chicken Feet was excellent. <br>
4. Beancurd Roll was ok. <br>
5. Custard Bun was different compared to other places. It's pinkish colour and a bit small but it's soft and got perfect runny custard filling. <br>
6. Fried Prawn Roll was new to us, not bad.<br>
7. Salt & Pepper Squid Tentacles was awesome. They're not chewy and easy to bite on. Batter was delish. It's one of the best in town. <br>

It's good to know that we have another good dimsum place to go when craving for dimsum. We'll be back."

"Go there if you are after some authentic comfort food. Love their rice porridge range. Some great dishes, deep-fried, braised, blanched and stir-fried. Quant little restaurant, down a narrow alleyway with outdoor dining & gas heater decked around in the colder month.It's not a high-class restaurant, space is a bit cramp & tight but go there for authenticity, not style/class."

"Offee still great... working staff are great .... but for goodness sake keep the customers out of the kitchen ... some middle aged lycra clad lady wandering around man handling the onsides of coffee lids and other things that come in contact with food ( not to mention cleaning her phone on the tea towels ) is just bad form."
