"Absolute gem in the middle of Sligo. The food was Delicious, well thought, and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to foodies. Meggie was the kindest person and took the time to write down which dishes were gluten free. She also popped a candle on top of the desert for our birthday. The combination of perfect food and perfect hosting makes this place number one in Ireland."

"Amazing wholesome healthy food, especially their hummus toast. They have lovely coffee, smoothies and sweet treats as well, if you're not a coffee fan you must try their hazelnut milk hot chocolate! It's definitely one of the best places to eat that Sligo has to offer!"

"We had a function here the other day and was brilliant. The staff were great and professional. The location of Sligo Park hotel is great. The food was very good. The baked Brie was soooo good and then the roast Sirloin was also very good. We ended up staying around and having a drink in the lobby bar for several hours after which was lovely. I would highly recommended having an even here as it was very good."

"The vegan starter: a watermelon salad with spelz is absolutely delicious. we have warned them that we are vegan when we have booked and they offered us three vegan pornstars: katsu curry, cutlets and sweet-casting. both the pack and the curry were very pleasant. we also had two choices for vegan dessert: beerenmousse and sorbet, although the mousse was served with sorbet. the mousse itself was a bit bland, but the sorbet rounded it nicely. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the porridge vegan served at the breakfast buffet is."
