"I went to MP Hotel with friends last night and while the service was amazing (really lovely), my steak was very undercooked. All the other items were great! I chose not to complain yet the fact that I did not eat my steak was noticed by one of the wait team members. I explained why and both he and the chef agreed I had not received what I had ordered. I opted not to receive another meal and a refund was offered. The way the situation was handled was commendable to the point that how lovely the staff are and how good the customer service is was a major topic of conversation. I am a regular, will continue to be and just want to say thank you to the MP team for treating customers so well. We all make mistakes. It is how they are handled that counts. Brilliant."

"A girlfriend and I came here for brunch and had a great experience. The service was quick and friendly. We sat outside as my friend has a dog and they had a bowl of water for him which was very sweet to see. The brunch was very good, i loved the smashed avo which was a good serving size and my friend enjoyed the mushroom dish. Will definitely return. Thanks"
