"My sister had her bday celebration here and she rated it 10/10 so she recommended me to take my man here for his birthday and even better, he loves steak, so it works super! from beginning to end of our service, everyone was super nice and everyone told me my nudeby happy birthday not only our waitress, but this is great customer service. I ordered the black and nabeby the 20 oz porterhouse and everything was tasteful, even the sweet, I couldn't believe it because we are very picky when it comes to meat! he threw the cook out. Even the sorbet was amazing we could 't figure out what taste it was many thanks for the great experience we had, we will be back!"

"Noted that it was a special birthday on the reservation. Due to the advanced age of some in our party, we attended during Early Bird hours and ate from that menu which has reduced pricing. The building is older and could use some refreshing. Service was attentive. Food arrived promptly. Onion soup was not warm enough. Prime rib was tender. Mashed potatoes had good flavor but again too cold. Everyone was satisfied by their meat entrees. No mention of the birthday by staff. When our server overheard me talking about it just before the bill, she brought a dessert for the birthday girl. I probably wouldn’t choose to eat here again myself but my senior folks liked it."

"We had a great night here. It was very atmospheric. It was fun to cook our own steak and garlic bread on the grill. The sides were huge and each steak came with a free salad and garlic bread. We shared a steak and had so many leftovers. The staff was super friendly!"

"We begin with the environment, it is very outdated and can scare them; but makes through and order food because it is phenomenal. I ordered a Manhattan steak and the Tomahawk steak. both were cooked to perfection, so juicy and nice render. I also order the spicy garlic, they only garnel 6-7 and two texas toasts, but it was very good. I would highly recommend this place, and it would be a shame if people not only try it on the way it looks."

"Excellent first class service! We didn't have a reservation and were seated immediately. The wait staff was very polite and discrete when tending to us. The steaks, filets and shrimp were the best we have ever had! Highly recommend on a weeknight. Weekends are probably different, but we just got lucky and had a great experience."

"We came with a group of friends to celebrate birthdays. Hayley our waitress was fabulous. All the staff tried to help with getting a heat lamp for us. I ordered salmon and it was really good. They also gave birthday ice cream sundaes. I have never had a bad meal here and service is great!"

"We reserved for the Valentine experience that costs $200 per person for a 5-course tasting. When we arrived, the host tells us they're behind us. They kept us waiting at the bar where we ordered drinks that never arrived until we finally sat at the table an hour later. It wasn't the ambience. We sat in a cellar. It was very cold. The seats were not comfortable at all and we sat there for the entire 3 hours of experience, because the kitchen was very secure. When the courts arrive, we were left from the waiting period. We sat there for 3 hours for 5 dishes that occasionally arrived cold. They were still delicious, I'm sure when they're served hot, they probably tasted better. While the food was still delicious when it served half cold (my steak) in Alexander's steakhouse, I will never come back because this event showed me that they were only interested in booking as many customers as they could possibly fit into the restaurant while providing inadequate service. I should have stayed at home, at least I can serve a warm meal."
