"I landed here after a long walk through the pretty city. I was chatting with the girl. I was tired and wanted because of a long-term nagging injury the shield said terrace. when buying an ice cream I asked where to go. to get to the terrace. the manager said I couldn't take it on the terrace as it was to go. I asked if I could pay extra to have it in a bowl or buy something from below. no. he added, I couldn't take it off when it was spooned. I decided it was worth to give it away or leave it on the counter and just buy something new from the menu below. I paid for it, left it in service with the girl and went down. a few minutes later the manager came down after I had it on a tablet and said he didn't understand it. I said I paid for it, but I wanted to sit down. He said he wanted me to go. above I asked the girl who served me if he understood that I would have paid for it. I was pretty teary at this point, but at no point I was more rudely shocked that I was never asked to go somewhere. she looked embarrassing. I said to another customer how shocked I was. at this point the manager threatened to call the police on me. I left a really terrible reception in this beautiful city."
