"Onion rings are off the chart. And their burgers are fresh off the grill and very good and great atmosphere. Brook was so friendly and helpful.."

"After dining here several times, this was a total fail because of the service and frankly rude hostess and manager. Upon arrival for my scheduled reservation, the hostess said it’ll be a few minutes. After waiting over thirty minutes, I approached her to ask about the delay and approximate wait. She responded rudely and said she can’t ask others to leave. Another hostess approached and presented with the same demeanor. I told them that their responses were unnecessary. I was told that I could talk to the manager. I approached him. He continued working while we spoke. He offered little other than to say they were very busy, Open Table over booked them, his staff were stressed, and we would get the next table. So approximately forty-five minutes after our reservation time, we were seated. Our food was good, but the vibe was not the best from the onset."

"Great local gem to dine at. The friendly home style atmosphere is hard to beat. The family run staff is very hard working and personable. I ordered the chicken parm and an appetizer of wings. Both tasted delicious, and the prices were also reasonable for the area. I would totally recommend dining at Chauncey’s."

"Loved everything about this place! It was a little too dark and noisy for my parents, but the food and service made up for that to them! Highly suggest the 5 hour lamb, everything else was great as well but that was exceptional. Drinks were also a hit with our group. For 6 people, we spent around $350. Pricey, but worth it in my opinion."

"My apartment building held their holiday party here this past week. Hyatt Regency has catered for another one of our events, so I was really excited to see what they had to offer this time at their actual location. Here 's what I likedLOCATION Not only is this hotel near my apartment, but it is also close by the Ronald Reagan DCA airport. They also have a free shuttle that runs to the airport, which is a nice amenity. PASTA STATION If there was one food station that stood out compared to the rest of the other food stations that night, it would be the pasta station. They served a red sauce, a pesto sauce, and white sauce pasta. I have to say the marinara penne with basil, garlic, grape tomatoes and shrimp was top notch! All the ingredients mixed well and was the most satisfying dish. The pesto cavatappi with chicken and the Parmesan mushroom tortellini felt like they were both missing something DIPSThere wasn 't too many protein sources happening at this party, but I loved that both the dips were hearty. The beer beef cheddar dip tasted like a drunken cheeseburger and the Maryland crab dip was a nice touch as were near MD. I wasn 't sure whether to eat them with mini baguettes or potato chips or tortilla chips as no one was manning the station, so I went with the mini baguette. Safe to say it was the second best station! OPEN BAR Open bar is always a nice touch, but it 's also even better when the bartender is nice and gives a nice serving of alcohol. Though I live a more non-alcoholic life, my partner and I got matching drinks, only that the bartender always made my drinks virgin by request which was niceHere 's what I didn 't like ASIAN STATIONThe last time Hyatt catered for us, their Asian food was actually...Asian. They served shrimp dumplings (shumai) at our last event and that was absolutely amazing. This time they served dumplings. Their chicken cilantro dumplings looked AMAZING on the outside, but when i bit in, the flavors did not hit. The char siu bun was okay, but more bun than actual char siu. The shrimp tempura was...different? They definitely didn 't use panko breadcrumbs, but it was passable. The vegetable spring rolls were surprisingly the best part of the Asian stationLIMITED SPACEfor the amount of people in my apartment this was too small of a space. Not enough seating and at one point it was way too cramped that people were standing and eating not at a table and mixing in with the people waiting in line for food. ELEVATOR Okay, looking from outside, the elevator looks fancy, but actually being in it, I felt like we were in a time capsule from the 70 's... it worked fine but it took forever to come and just the speed felt questionable. um. If I had one request to make guests here feel safe, please update the elevators (especially the ones not facing the outside!)Overall Hyatt has decent catering. Solid 3.5/5. If you 're to cater from here, I would definitely ask to do a food tasting if they allowed for it. If not, you definitely get what you pay for."

"Had the French Dip sandwich noted on the menu as a Punch Bowl favorite. It was average. The gravy dipping sauce was too salty, and the horseradish dip was so mild it could've passed as mayo. The sandwich came with potato chips that were a bit stale. The dining area is spacious... but also means cold and noisy. Where we sat on the top level we were bathed in pink neon lighting which wasn't flattering. The server was very friendly. Overall the experience was a disappointment. Punch Bowl is more of a destination to go for drinking and games, but not really for a decent meal."
