"Came here on Mother's Day with 2 other families after ringette games at Willie O'Ree Centre. Parents sat at 1 table and kids at another. Waitress took our order and told her to take kids orders right after. She said she would but proceeded to key our order in before and then prepare our drinks....when she delivered our drinks I told her again to take kids orders and again she said she was going. She then disappeared for about 10 minutes and when I asked my daughter if she took the order she said no.I then went to see the manager and told him about it so he went to take their orders...the waitress then showed up to our table and said that everything was good and the orders should come out together. Our food showed up (I had deep fried scallops which were probably the worst I ever had...full of grease and fries were way too cooked). Normally I would have said something but we were in a rush and didn't say anything. We finished all our meals and the kids hadn't received theirs yet! I figured that they would get it soon as they took their order 10-15 minutes after us. I went to see our waitress and asked her when their meals would come out and said she was going to go check....another 5 minutes went by without seeing her and then went to see the manager again....he checked and said that the order was being plated and should be out in a minute!!! Another 5 minutes go by and nothing then I went to the manager and being quite upset I told him this was the worst service I ever had in a restaurant (and I dine 5-6 times a week in restaurants). Told him we had to go and if food was ready to box it as we had a 2 hour drive. We were here one hour and 20 minutes and they couldn't get 4 club sandwiches ready for kids! It was a complete joke! There were also other guests there that were upset with the lack of service! I travel a lot and when in a new city I rely on Trip Advisor for my dining choices.... there is a reason why this restaurant is like 157 out of 175 in Fredericton!! When you think diner you think homemade....this is the farthest thing from homemade....will never be back and wouldn't recommend to anyone!"
