"I’m surprised by the negative reviews here as we left quite happy. We enjoyed the charcuterie plate for a starter and honestly I could have enjoyed it alone as a meal as it came with very generous portions of different meats. I had the...lamb shoulder and my husband had the tartare. I found out later the lamb is the largest hunk of meat they sell and it was good, but so very much food that there was no way I could finish it. My husband found his tartare much to his liking. You have the choice of sides and after dithering about the aligot, I went for it. It’s special. If you haven’t had it, the description of potatoes with cheese doesn’t really explain what to expect. Did it taste bad? No. But it wasn’t for me and now I know. My recommendation is that if you’re in a group, one person order it and everyone try it if you have never had it. I’m posting my picture to give a hint at just how cheesy these whipped potatoes are. Would go back without reservation, but order the charcuterie with a glass of rosé and dessert next time."
