"His is one of our favorite restaurants, with normally great service. Tonight was an anomaly. Service was slow and inattentive-not our usual waitresses, who are fantastic, and we were overcharged for a special. The other waitresses were also delivering chips and salsa to help her out . I didn 't notice the overcharge at the time, and since it is a bit of a drive, I called and told the person who answered the phone that I wouldn 't be coming back tonight, hoping she might say, Let us know the next time you come in . However, the response was Okay. Check your bill before you leave, and please offer whoever was answering the phone a lesson in customer service. The food is always good, and the service from at least two of the waitresses is top notch-deserving the above 20% tip we usually leave. We will be away for awhile."

"A nice little café/bistro in the middle of little Mt. Morris. The restaurant looks unassuming from the outside, but the inside is nicely decorated, bright, and clean. The service is VERY friendly, making each guest feel at home. The food is prepared in clear view of customers, and the food preparation area is very clean. You can see the servers and food preparers wash their hands to ensure cleanliness. The menu contains a variety of breakfast items, baked goods, sandwiches, soups, salads, wraps, desserts, and malts/milkshakes. The food is not gourmet, but it is fresh and flavorful, generously portioned, and very reasonably priced. Our party ordered a $5 crispy, cheesy patty melt and a $6 chicken Caesar chicken wrap, both with potato chips. The milkshakes and soups are good too. This is a friendly place for a quick, quality bite to eat whether you're wearing a business suit or dirty overalls."
