"Cute place decent food, and the owners and staff really work to make it great. A note though...... it comes in Open Table as in Lawrenceville.... It's not in Lawrenceville, his over the river in Shaler. I made the reservation because I wanted to spend the evening in Lawrenceville, so we ended up with more anger expected...."

"The food was a kind of gland and it lacked any sensible season. The steak I got was not medium rare but barely cooked, and even after returning was rare and the quality was not indicative for the $58 price. The meat was hard and tasteless. The mashed potatoes contained too much cream and gave no taste in addition to the strong milk consistency The dessert was underwhelming and unoriginal. I also found the lack of green salad choices a little strange. I was often in Paris and was never in any restaurant without a salad. Gabarinos owned by the same person below is a solid 4-star Italian restaurant that has never disappointed. I will not return to Twisted Frenchman...Paris 66 Bistro is much better for authentic French cuisine. For the $200 we spent, I would have got a much better meal at Altius, Hyde Park or Capital Grill."

"Nice outdoor seating with fire pit. Unfortunately close to the road but not too busy of a section. Nachos were fantastic and very happy with the veggie burger. Kids loved the chicken tenders! They even provided coloring placement with crayons. Beerselection was limited but may have just been the day we went as the tap blew on a couple of our choices."
