"Cranford's best is the worst place I and my employees have ever been busy. I ordered two orders from the pork roll sandwich, I only got one order from it. The owner had the courage to tell me that I was wrong and I never ordered two orders and that he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I was still polite and keep my cool statement that I was accused of two orders and that they made the mistake clear. He turned it to me and called me and said that I was clearly wrong and I never ordered two. I said I won't order from them and you just lost a customer, he said you won't order from here anymore? Then I will not send you your second order. I couldn't believe the OWNER! This business talked to such a customer. What a SCUM BAG!!! Everyone in the office heard the call we recorded. If someone knows if there is a way to post this call, I would LOVE to share it with you all. Someone from the WORST plans. And this is the thing that the WAY has thrown on me. F-CK DIESER PLACE."

"The food was terrible and the service was a nightmare. when I picked it up, it wasn't ready, even though it was 5min past the pick-up time. the person in the cash stubborn to the order for the people before us for 10min. the other 2 busy made food. you made what sounded like a personal call, and the other made some tacos for yourself and left. Finally, the employee hanged on the phone and helped the cashier. They took over the order of men before us. that lasted 5 minutes. we got our food 15 minutes after we had ordered it, and it was rough. none of our tacos was cleaned and all were so tender and cold! meat was rough. I would avoid this place unless they appreciate their time, money or what they eat."

"Working on the ambulance and wanted something relatively healthy for breakfast as well as a good price. Saw Zizza Bakery/Deli and went over. Very friendly staff. I ordered a custom egg white omelette with broccoli rabe, spinach and Swiss cheese. Came with toast and got coffee alongside. To go. No problem ordering and everything I asked for was confirmed by staff prior to cooking up. Everything was very very good. My decently sized omelette was really delicious and my coffee made by staff was just how I liked it. Pricing is on par with the area and that's something I definitely appreciate. I'd recommend Zizza for their service, care, omelettes and the overall experience. They also have an assortment of breads from all over the world, everything made in-house. Hot/cold sandwiches, subs, bagels and catering as well!"
