"Showed up minutes early with a confirmed reservation for people from OpenTable. Host and hostess had no idea the restaurant used OpenTable and they were keeping all reservations in a small paper notebook. It was a busy night so they first said they couldn't get us in and then said they will try but not sure when we could get a table. Given I had more people showing up, this was not acceptable and super frustrating. Fortunately, we were able to get in at another restaurant with a minute wait at least the other venue could give me a specific timeframe on seating and seemed to know what was going on. Have never had this issue with an OpenTable reservation. Not sure where the ball was dropped but obviously the host staff had not been informed to check for online reservations. It was embarrassing to redirect my group to another restaurant and this came close to ruining a nice evening. Not sure whether now to be gun shy of OpenTable or Sportsman's Grille to avoid this situation in the future"

"We wanted some BBQ before we left town and this was one of the few options on OpenTable and south of Nashville. The food was delicious; we had the feast and split it--it was a large portion for a hungry person or just big enough for two who wanted a snack. Lots of sauces to try and great staff. They told us they are new to OpenTable, so don 't worry about the lack of reviews here!"
